So unless the delay is only 24 hours for audit etc then agm won’t be in June?
And wording was we still expect it in June ? That’s not certain by that wording so neither is the agm of course based in that

you have the basics wrong , the accounts and audit are delayed as per rns , which means by definition So is the agm , until at least July it’s really simple
The company still “expects” the audit to be finished by end of June as per rns but until that happens you cannot announce an agm and that will be at least 3 weeks after

For ref I said “nearly “ 4 months and apart from sanctions don’t effect us the last ness was kola on feb 14th (June 14th next week)
I’d say that’s near 4 months !
Not counting the appointment here as that was a pretty pointless rns in eh i they basically say “piper ubs and us couldn’t get anything done so let’s try someone else”
