But what are peoples thoughts on timeline to an actual offer? They keep saying hoping to conclude a sale this year however we need an offer first to make a sale? considering we have been “negotiating” for over 2 years with the credible party and still no offer are we still hoping all wrapped up in under 5 months by xmas?

For them to be talking about an actual sale suggests offer is already in? Or at least an indication of offer level? Otherwise they couldn’t be confident of a sale of any sort could they?
