The association with Test and Trace is enough to push me from a hold position to a sell.

I've been following this share for a while now, the decline prior to the RNS announcement is absolutely disgusting. Definitely won't go near this share now, well done to the board of the company.
As we have three directors on the board at the minute I thought it might be worth looking at their credentials. Here's an interview from Rodney Westhead when he was involved with Ricardo. http://www.financialdirector.co.uk/financial-director/feature/1742593/the-financial-director-interview-shifting-gear-beancounter-rev-counter He's got two other directorships at the moment, one in Transense Technologies Plc, the other Acta S.P.A. UK. He recently left Bilton Shop Limited and Bilton Grange Trust Limited.
I agree. Sometimes you just know!
The rns previous to the last one said offers were being evaluated to provide long term financial stability. So perhaps they will sell part if the company for less than its worth while retaining some of their ip. Perhaps they sell the rights to the ip in certain countries. There are lots of ways the company can get money to keep going for at least 6 months. I've lived through quindell, I've seen it all, man!
The RNS they wont get significant value for shareholders. £50 million has been spent on this business. The IP must be worth something so that's where I'm placing my bet. If they get £5 million for the company I would say on.light of what has been spent that is not significant value for shareholders. But for anyone buying today that would be great
Seems to be alot of.buying today. Have the shareholders been misled so that they sell so cheap shares are.available to those in the know!
That 3k sell at the end of the day represents almost 0.5% of the company. Panicking or calculated sell I wonder. Interesting days ahead.
60% buys today. I know the RNS said that significant value may not be delivered but considering the a lot of share were sold for 4p plus in the last few years what does significant value even mean? I'm keeping my shares here, I'm hopeful that any sale would at least get me my money back with the potential for a lot more.
If the company had such a sparkly future previously why not just put the company to sleep until either an offer comes in that's acceptable or the oil price goes up. The debts must be due and they've spent all the cash! The debts were £2m in the last accounts and intangible assets over £3m. Presume that includes the patents.
Gone from having significant potential to deliver value for shareholders on 23rd June to no assurance significant value will be returned. Thanks chief exec.
Makes me excited. And the way this is moving today suggests I'm not the only one. Calafornia news has obviously made someone take notice. 4th largest economy in the world isn't it?
what entry price are you looking for?
What are the "group costs" in the accounts?
Will be an interesting day on this share today.
Regardless of the market cap of the company and the low share price, what's the point in buying in now just to see your money diluted by a share issue later?
I got out at 7.6p on the day of the RNS. I can't see it moving up from here until it becomes clear that cash has become conserved and they've got a clear plan of where they go from here. The company seems to have stagnated, all there hopes were pinned to the recent wells that haven't able to produce enough oil. EME has a value of £13million while Trinity Oil are £20 million yet both companies seem to be in a better position.
Is the previous RNS not substantial news?
Cash burn at approx $1m dollars a month. Will they try a placing soon one wonders?
