Always open and honest in here , firstly I'm staying for the long haul and have been here a significant amount of time and built up a good level . I am though thrown by the reaction to what is great news this week . Ahead of an IPO you secure a partnership with a fortune 500 outfit and we continue to see a downgrading of our value ? I'm slightly lost for an answer . Perhops The market just won't react positively until actual figures are released ? Or of course there is something else afoot that we simply don't know about .
Annoyingly I'm approaching evens but many will be getting very twitchy over the decline and I understand it , each to there own and if you can't afford the ride you are probably best getting of the train
Inflation , Interest rates , manufacturing downturn and Global unrest of course Create our position but fgs you can just see how undervalued this is !!
Anyway , tucked away for another few weeks

Is the retailer important? Well yes I guess but whoever it is will have tested this to destruction before committing so they know the space they are entering will be lucrative . They have a PR job on their hands but this will all be factored in . More importantly the market will see Microsalt everywhere soon and other retailers will be waiting in the wings !!!! Imho

Well for what it's worth the investment is positive unless of course someone is looking to flip for a very small profit so you have to believe or not that it's because he believes in what's coming
For me I'm less hung up on positions taken by some and place greatest emphasis on whether I personally believe in the business model , surely that's what matters. Been here a while now and built what is for me life changing figures if we get back to the 30s, so you either can afford to lose the money but believe the portfolios will succeed in multi million pound sectors or you don't
And although I'm not a complete fan of Cliffs and annoyed at how the placings have been managed I'm still fundamentally positive about the future

So , excitable yes . Nugget of the deal they have had to finance Yes . That's really positive and does give some clarity on placings , I hadn't picked up on it at first which is why I was showing my annoyance in the chat but all things being equal we now know there is a major order there. I'm afraid I will slightly disagree on the shocks as there was nothing new at all to be excited about , it's all been said before . I also can't stand the history lessons and want Cliff to be far more dynamic ...sorry just how I feel.
And to finish on a positive the chatter around Lucy and the ChatGPT app is very very encouraging

I pray that Cliff gives us some more tonight , the same rhetoric and I fear many more will leave , yes of course those will be replaced by new investors but for me he needs to give the LTHs real tangibles now and explain the recent raise . I'm not holding my breath and I was half expecting some news before the webinar for him to hold onto.
I will as aver be submitting very straightforward questions , whether they get asked or not well we will have to wait and see .
