Sorry to hear about Beccy. I'm not too sure about this jogging malarky to keep fit.
Look at Sceptic Lil, fit as a butcher's dog and only gets her exercise horizontally these days - she hasn't done any rowing for months now!

I keep seeing 'investors' warning of more sanctions.
IT WON'T MATTER!! China aren't applying sanctions are they.

Thanks Ian, tbh I wouldn't really expect a major RNS for a little while but we all know that there is a lot of good news in the pipeline.
Anyway, time will tell.
I'm just on a mini road trip, with Mrs Seadog , in the Cotswolds then moving on to the Brecon Beacons. I feel very lucky and my thoughts go out to those less fortunate.

Apparently we couldn't pay the money back because of 'sanctions'.
To get round this we've given them their money back to be used for humanitarian purposes only.
Stroke of luck I'd say, especially just when we're looking for a new source of oil ;-)
