I think the low SP and MC are due to THG’s high debts. We are not sure how the cash and debts are split in the demerger.

If only THG remainco could publish its opening balance sheet post demerger, the market will have more confidence on the company. For now we have to wait until 1Q25 results are released to know the debts and cash positions.
