Yes same here. To be honest I am not sure its worth waiting till then as I stand to gain very little from the deal. I only have 140,000 shares from way back in the Glenwick days. I am about even on this investment which is better than some people here so can count myself lucky I guess. I had such high hopes for this share until Majids greed took over!!!

A quick question for those more knowledgeable than myself: Do we have to keep the shares till takeover to receive the dividend or is there a cut off date before then?

Hi Jun-man. Just log into your HL acount and on the right hand side you will see Shareholder meetings. Click on that and you should see Give instruction at the end of the 2 meeting issues. Just click on that and away you go.
