How can it be bad if a deal does occur? It's only bad for those who didn't get in low (i.e. now?) or for those who bought high and sold low. Or for those who bought low, didn't sell high, then sold at breakeven etc.

Similar thing happened with AST in terms of bad RNS then recovery. Looked like manipulation but nothing appears to have come of it...yet. Similar case here as the story will unfold imo. Yet another sheep saying "the major has walked away" because it's something he heard some market commentator say.
