Ridiculous situation here surely the exploration licence could have been renewed from the expiry day, therefore not having to re- submit a new application. ??

We know the exploration licence expired on Feb.4 but did they maybe start the renewal process some time ago which makes it possible it could be granted by end of Q1 as JA says ? Otherwise who knows when it will come.
