LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Mercom Capital PLC noted Wednesday that Dubai-based C&P Consultants DMCC has taken a 16% stake in the company. C&P Consultants, which was not an existing shareholder, has purchased 6.0 million shares in Mercom at an undisclosed price.
