Let's all fill our boots as someone on a chat site said he has 'spoken' to someone from the company ;-) .... Really.... oh dear
We can probably assume it's more negotiated trades between 2 II's and we'll need to wait for the TR1's to see who's bought and who's sold.
There are agreements in place to buy the oil and gas at a fixed price.
The small trades will most likely be the holding accounts such as Hargreaves Lansdown, Best Invest etc selling some shares from client accounts to cover their monthly fees. They've done that with mine in the past if I'm not holding any cash in my trading account.
Hi Rocklawn. I agree with you that this is massively oversold. That's why I decided to more than double my holding to get my average down from 8p to under 6p. I was basically just thinking out loud that for once in my life I hope I've bought near to the bottom of the drop. To be honest though even if it drops a bit more, I still don't think I'll regret buying at this price.... Time will tell. Anyway, either way I won't be chasing it down any more. I've got as much as I want to commit to any one share in my portfolio.
The 453,705 trade showing as a sell was definitely a buy ;-) I hope I don't regret averaging down at this price. GLA.
Maybe it's not related. Just co-incidental timing maybe. Either way, I'm not worried. Just happy to see it going back up again ;-)
I kept trying to topup this morning at 5p for ages but was unable to do so. Maybe some orders being filled. There was definitely something going on as one or 2 other posters mentioned especially as it's moved up since.
You're wrong Drilling crew. It was me (or probably mainly me) I'm out... I'm going to get as far away from this effing share and the likes of notsoHelpful and Orslega as fast as I can. I first bought in when thec share was roughly .6p (the 300-500 bopd tomes) they were pumping it like fury then and they're still pumping it now. I didn't buy many back then but I did buy a lot at around .08p to .09p. The not so transformational CPR was the final straw for me... what a crock of ****e. Good luck to all of you that are still holding. I truly wish you all the best with your investment and I hope you make a handsome profit. I just can't stomach this one any longer.
They were definitely not all sells.. ! ??
Good afternoon. Do you guys know roughly what the time lapse will be from where they are now with the drilling (coring was mentioned in the presentation) and the initial flow rates? Just roughly...
Good afternoon all. It's nice to see the price begin with a 2 again :-) Let's hope the buying continues as we await the forthcoming stream of news. Fingers crossed and good luck to all.
Convert to therms by dividing total cu ft of gas billion by 96.7 = 579 million therms of gas. Average UK gas price per therm over last several years roughly 45p.
Looks that way doesn't it. A negotiated sale between 2 different parties perhaps. Maybe there will be a TR1 or a couple in the next few days that might give us an insight.
Cheers,
Scotty
Morning all. I just saw the 2.7 million 'sale' this morning but judging by the share price not moving downwards does that seem to be a delayed buy? Any thoughts?
Gone to chase the next rainbow ;-)
Good afternoon all. I decided to buy in this afternoon with the recent pullback to <12p. I did wonder if I should wait in case the price drops back to the offer price of 11p, but I'm not so sure it will. I'm assuming most were forward sold anyway. So I expect this to take off from this level quickly (IMHO of course). I really like the story here. It looks like a company that is aligned with shareholders with directors that have real skin in the game, II's also holding a chunk of the shares and the company having a viable plan to make real progresss in the near term to develop the assets and most importantly already has revenue coming in that should keep further dilution under control. Not that I am against dilution if it's to develop the assets effectively and prove up existing resources etc but hopefully they should be funded for the forseeable. GLA.
OK OK tell me how well PQE is doing, I was just in a bad mood last night. Irrespective of some comments, of course as an investor I realise the benefit to us all as Mayan holders. I'm just impatient for news on Mayan field assets. Don't get me wrong very happy to see PQE going up....

Scallyway, your number of therms is correct at approx 80 million, but the price per therm of gas in the UK has been averaging 45-50p. so is worth approx £40million at 50p per therm and not £150million.
