I viewed a house slightly out of my price range that we needed up getting outbid on . In my head at the time i was thinking that had my EUA shares been sold for £1 etc id have had the money to outbid that person and buy the house . That was March 2021 , so nearly a year on and im still waiting for the sale of EUA :-(

We did end up buying a house that probably a better house in a better location , so not all bad
