Have they made shareholders money? No

Have they created a profitable business? again No.

Have they managed to sell any of their assets after trying for 7 years ? No

Have they been straight with their share holders ? No

Have they had the company suspended on a few occasions? Yes

Have they been taken to court by their share holders? Yes

Has money gone missing from the company ? Yes

Its hard to make a case for them being the best BOD .

If EUA doesnt have an offer on the table to bring to share holders by 29/12/23 , then Christian Schaffalitzky should resign , and he can take Artem with him.

Lets stick to the facts to not upset anyone

They have had no bids on any of their assets in the 7 years they have had the for sale sign out. Thats a fact.

They BOD have low visibility of sale . That is a fact.

Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

Sean Wade going out cap in hand looking for investment . Its a hard sell really isnt it , all these sites and they have still not get any metal out of the ground. Just lots of inconclusive soil samples , dodgy sonar results of 'significant anomalies' , that turn out to be wrong when they put a drill in the ground. No plans of future drilling campaigns.

No sale is coming anytime soon , the BOD wont sell at a discount as they are greedy f*ckers . They will just try and sit tight until the war ends (that could be years) . Hence why they have mothballed the sites .
