There’s a bit of preemptive buying here, but even so, maintaining a 10x multiple of revenue is realistic for BIDS. That means for 2019 59m MC with a small preemptive to take it to the current 75m based on what could come is about right for where BIDS is.
But, I believe the 20m for next year is going to have to be revised upwards depending on the current negotiations. 40m+ for next year I believe is realistic and if the 19x multiple is maintained on future growth as well this means an MC of 400m —> SP of £1.70 plus. 2021 . . . Takeovertime £6 per share offer

JS has a reputation for ****ging off anybody that presents realistic expectations which are different to his midset. He also makes out they have 'an agenda', even if those expectations are positive as well as bringing the related air of hostility to the BB, such as telling BB to remove his dummy. He also incorporates ramping related statements such as 'the volume processed being blown out of the water'.
This is not an approach I believe most people want to see or be involved with.
Its one thing to have a viewpoint and discuss it. Its another to throw insults and accusations because someone else's view is different to yours.
And thats before we get onto accusing others of poor maths as a result of himslef being unable to calculate or understanding what to calcuate, thus resulting in comments from his own projections such as 'These projections have been calculated using real data and not the back of a fag packet which seems to be used bu the rainbow chasers who have not seen an instant reward and so sell then start to trash the company'.

Nothing new in the call really. Only additional item is it sounds like the updated crusher could potential increase the throughput more than the 40kt per month aim at present.
BB, you are correct. There are some with unrealistic expectations and overzealous ramping traits. That is one of the reasons I post calculated MC predictions to keep people on the ground as to what to expect. Unfortunately JS in particular wants to ignore anyone that presents anything that goes against his thoughts and tries to abuse them instead of having a rational discussion.
Please note that the prediceted share price towards en d of 2020 is almost twice the current price, which is not a bad return for12-18 months of investment. If they can increase the throughput more than their aim then this bodes well for the share price.
This will become profitable so long as the 40kt/month can be maintained and I have no doubt this will be maintained if the issues with processing through the wet season can be resolved as they expect.

If it manages to break through the 33p resistance might end up at 36p

Could be just all the traders exiting DISH and moving to BIDS.

Strange that, I was thinking just the same thing.
There's far too many on here that are promoting this share beyond reasonableness with no facts other than 'I think' BODs said. Neither of which bear any weight.
There are people reading these BBs that stupidly dont DYOR and end up losing out.
Factualt details of the issues with this company have been well and truly detailed and avoidance should be implemented until the BOD show they can deliver against their plans.

This has got to be the biggest warning sign yet that DISH is going to be one of the AIM companies to fall flat on its face.

Despite the flagship Brighton stance for so long to come out with only 5 restaurants is an absolute f*cling joke.

DISH now has a failing Aisian business that they dont even seem able to be sell. An inability to attract new restaurants as well as the cherry on the top. An inability to convert already signed up restaurants on Pouncer into the DISH platform.

In essence, as I said before, the amount they are charging per seat is not palletable for most restaurants onto of the offers. The only restaurants this might work with are those with very high margins due to cheap food. Such as pizza and pasta related restaurants.

This share price can only go one way from here. Down.

Also bear in mind that the current mining is aimed at increasing grade. Thus KV2 has been dropped to concentrate on KV1. If this continues then grades may reach ~6 in the short term.
Bolster shareprice but wont be sustainable.

Just remember, larger crusher generally means it allows larger diamonds through rather than higher throughput. This is probably more indicative of what they found from the bulk sampling of KV5 which hopefully will be mined later in the year.
Note also MH comments that they are still looking af ways of increasing beyond the current monthly sim of 40kt. Which if the crusher being the main bottleneck (assuming wet material issue is covred) then this suggests the new crusher wont make much difference to throughput.

Not quite JS. There was a total raise of ~£1.5m during the first half of the year, so not profitable yet. ~£0.5m loss.
As MH stated, they dont expect to be profitable until later on in the year.

Shouldn't do. They should have just under £1m in cash and a further ~£0.5m in stock diamonds to be sold shortly. Even though not profitable yet, value of diamonds collected during q2 were higher than general running costs. Which is also expected to be the case in q3. So there really isn't a reason to raise at this point in time.

I’d say this is simply a PR excercise. There’s no need for a fund raise at this point, maybe towards the end of 2019 if things still aren’t profitable, but not at this point in time. Purely trying to improve shareholder confidence as well as improving their street credibility for general trading.
If they did raise at this point in time, it truest would be a death toll.

JS, are you seriously that uneducated in shares and how to understand their value. If you were you would recognise that the assessment I made is one of the recognised methods to predict future share value. DYOR an understand how to predict value, that way you won't loose track of things and end up with no money left to invest.
You would also understand that 'one off's' like this which cause spikes in the share price do not affect overall MC as this is based more on the underlying rate. This is why the MC prediction is more accurate with 'one off's' removed. Mind you, I shouldn't have to point this out to you if you weren't on a banner waving (ignore or reality) march.
You obviuosly haven't a clue about convesion rates either. The $ to £ conversion is running at an average of 1.30, ignoring the current value of 1.25 which isn't representative of the running average (note its only 4% off any so hardly way out).
The so called £200k which you overlooked was the one off diamond you mentioned earlier in your rant. Or did you manage to forget that in the time it took you to write a couple of paragraphs?
I think this quite clearly shows your unrealistic obsession with trying to bolster BRDs future and inept ability to formulate a rational calculated response. If so please counter with recognised mathematics on BRDs future prospects

Js, it’s not a lie. They have said it loads of times.
In the vid (which you conveniently missed out of your quote) AW states that although not ruling out a share raise they are aware of shareholders and are looking at other methods. I.e. no intention to raise.
It’s quite clear the board have been hiding the magnitude of the running costs of the business and deceiving investors in further share issues. Not a BOD to be trusted.

Check out the fund raising video where AW has directly asked if there would be another fund raise which he said exactly that. No intentions to raise, and yet WHAM 2 months later the 1bn share fund raise.
