Can't see how they can be forced to buy anything back, unless AIM have direct access to the prim bank and do it themselves 🤷🏻‍♂️, if the prim board don't want to spend the money buying them back then they can't be forced into it

They must be confident of not getting punished for it, although if there's no money in the bank to pay fines or buy back PR1 shares then what happens??

But they've got a good return on their investment in PR1, which is what trading and investing is all about

As it would've been your own personal choice to sell (or not sell) logically I wouldn't have thought you would have a case as you could've sold at that price had you of wanted too...any future increase would surely be difficult to prove but also the SP may well have been less if PRIM hadn't of bought in 🤷🏻‍♂️ swings and roundabouts imo

But if they don't or won't surely they can't be forced too 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can't see how they can be "forced" to buy back shares, and more importantly why the PRIM board would agree to do it unless it's in the best interests of PRIM, if the monies not there to buy back any shares then it can't happen

It will be interesting to see their reasoning for it, if they say it was purely down to the price being higher and they wanted the money I'd be more than happy with that reasoning, breaking the rule really doesn't bother me, going against and agreement is more of an issue for me, but they shouldn't have agreed to a lock in to start with, if I was buying the shares I'd be wanting full control of them for the start, either that or they don't get the money until after the lock in either 🤷🏻‍♂️

Oh yes I didn't mean past misdemeanours sorry I meant whinging to higher powers, but yes PR1 have been done over but is it really worth crying about??? learn a lesson don't deal with PRIM again and move on

Yes I agree personally I wouldn't go against and agreement & maybe the "agreement/rule" is not fit for purpose as there's nothing to stop anyone going against it if they wish but it does seem like the board of PR1 are like the Christian Horner of the business world going whinging when things don't go their way!!

I have a very small holding in PRIM but while I don't agree with going against an agreement I don't see that selling their holding is really that bad, I'm naive so don't know the rules but to my mind they've paid for the shares and should be able to do as they want with them

I would say yes they are, looking after the companies finances and getting the best return they can at the time, I don't agree with going against an agreement but shares are there to be traded and trade they did, if you're going to whinge about shares being traded them don't list them

All a bit blown out of proportion isn't it??? PRIM hold the shares so should be able to trade as they see fit, underheand going against an agreement us no doubt but still
