The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
You are right that concentration and flow rate are the two keys. To be commercial you need flow rates and pressure build up tests to determine optimal rate to produce and to establish reserves which are the key to feasibility study and funding needed infrastructure.
Warrie: You are wrong. I have been following primary helium since the Pinto Dome wells in the Holbrook basin in the 1970's and I have followed Helium One since founding in September 2015 and have owned shares since December of 2020 when it amalgamated with Attis Oil and Gas and went public on AIM.I have more hourso in researching primary helium than most. It is natural to follow Thomas Abraham--James and Josh Bluett after they left Helium One and to share what they are working on now. I have been on this board for several years under the same name. The only thing which is contemptible and insulting to investors is 2 billion shares at 0.25 pence. I have also been very clear that despite the risk and my reservations, I added a lot of shares (about 500,000) just below 0.25 pence so my basis is about 2.5 pence and I will benefit if Helium One does well. I may double or triple my money. The fact that I have hopes for bigger gains from Pulsar (if that works too) is all about numbers, nothing to do with any personal agenda.
Nothing personal but a new low predicts lower lows. Waiting for a lower price as a marker of a trend reversal is futile. Trend reversals are notoriously difficult to call, and usually are apparent only in rear view mirror. Good look to all. It has been a long dismal patch in Jubilee land.
Ticker says Helium 1 is way up this morning. Based on one 525 share trade at 3.92 US cents. That is 20 bucks worth. (would have been 2 bucks a month ago). SCH charges $50 per AIM trade for Helium One so it makes no sense to buy 525 shares.
Anyway that 20 dollar trade made my account balance look good this morning. But no way could you sell any at that price in US OTC.
Was a nice presentation by Lorna. Things may come together between the government of Tanzania and a big industrial gas supplier that wants a JV, an off take agreement, or even outright purchase of the company. I would rather let the story play out for a bit than see the company sold for way below its potential value.
We are now up 1,112% in last month. But the math is still daunting for LTH. The drop was 95% from 10p to 0.25 p. To get back to even (10p) takes a 4,000% increase.
That said the shares have caught GREAT level of interest. This thread has most posts of all LSE boards. And trading volume is highest of all AIM stocks. If the can follow the general path that Lorna envisions, there is huge potential to get to 5-10p in coming months.
I am a LTH but I am also a new holder since I added lots of shares (risky indeed) during the great dilution. My new basis is US 4 cents (or 3.1 pence) so I do not have far to go to get back to even and start dreaming of profits.
Reperfs are at the Cascadura A pad, on the Cascadura Deep well. Also at the Cascadura A pad they are going to swap out the coke (to a bigger size) on the Cascardura 1-ST well. Those two items would have immediate impact (increase!) in production at the Cascadura facility, also located on the Cascadura A pad.
The new 1.5 km pipeline is to the C pad where the Cascadura 2 well is located. They might have a progress report on that. Plus the Cascadura 2 well should be cased and perfed and ready to turn the valve once the new pipeline is in place and any needed infrastructure on the Cascadura facility is installed. The Casca 3 well should be spud well before then (hopefully by the end of next week).
There should also be news on Coora commitment wells, on credit limit increase, and some fine day on the Rio Clara asset swap and the awarding of the bid round licenses. The decision to move straight from Casca 3 to Casca 4 may depend on several of these items.
Lots of share price triggers in near term future, but for today all that is out there is a vague worry about whether there is trouble with the casing of the Cascadura 2 well and even whether it will have to be sidetracked.
Don't forget that about 13-14 weeks ago when they were making progress at Tai-3 well , this was trading about 5 to 6p.
Don't forget that about 2.3 Billion share count ago when they were making progress at Tai-3 well, this was trading about 5 to 6p.
Agree that a cretaceous find would be huge, but two to three years is a long time. There are so many upcoming triggers that have nothing to do with the cretaceous. They should get cracking on those items, and then get Kraken later.
And that was not easy. And is not yet a certainty. Shares have been trashed. Recovery difficult with the headwinds of Sagan- like share count. ("Billions and billions of stars" - you provide the accent.)
In the space of about 10 days this board has gone from being quite useful to absolute madness!! It’s bonkers. What has happened???!!!
My theory has always been that 20% of all people are JPN. If you have 50 people contributing to a message board there are 5 of those, somewhat manageable. If you have 300 contributors then there are 30 or more in that camp, and the board turns to mush and becomes not helpful.
(JPN means just plain nuts and the usual items that pertain are theological, philosophical, political ranting often laden with misinformation, conspiracies, agendas.)
I think they are perforating the 100 feet just below the 199 feet that is producing now, suboptimally as it never "cleaned up" from the formation damage- which was at least hoped for with prolonged flowing of the completed segment.
Among others:
1. spud of Casca 3
2. Results of extra Casca Deep perfs
3. Change of casca 1-ST choke
4. (someday) Rio asset swap finalized and on-shore bid round awards finalized
5. credit limit expanded insuring no 1H slowdowns
6. spudding of first of two back to back coora comittment wells (two rigs turning, at least for awhile)
Meanwhile London has to pull its weight on Monday as NYSE and TSX are both closed for different holidays
It is more than talk about shares hitting the market and it is worth a worry when the 2 billion at a quarter pence are followed quickly by another 300,000,000 at 1.5 cents, all without enough money raised to complete TAI 3 well or drill one more well , let alone anything to do with a plant to produce helium. I am just hoping they have enough $$ to flow test and pressure test Itumbula well. I had thought that was included in what they were going to do if they had positive results - and they have.
