.....you should have heard Bloomberg reporting this strike at 2am this morning. You talk about over reporting, anyone would think world war 3 was going to start - it's a great recipe to get investors to panic - they do it deliberately, it's so obvious!!

Chinese markets starting to recover after dropping 250. Copper did not like the news either, but oil did !!

....Billy ffs stop tempting fate - will the yanks sell at the opening or buy in, just in case they think they are going to be left behind - my guess is buy in seeing as the deal is being signed at the White House - need a rise of 10 - 11p today followed by a medium rise tomorrow, who knows!!

Trade deal to be signed at the White House on Jan 15th. Word on the street says phase two will be much tougher so you wonder how this will affect markets and in particular certain stocks. Should have a gradual rise up until the 15th at least one would hope.

...so Ken we are at 6176 on low trading levels. We will not know whether the new trading range will be 6200 - 6400 until we are back in the new year and everyone is back to work.
