....some may have got rid of stocks on Friday but a lot of futures are showing green this morning along with Asia markets!! - at some stage the markets will get fed up of showing red, so come you greens!!!!!

Yeah Day I have stayed in that Hotel on several occasions, it’s the Sheraton next to virus affected hotel, first class.
They are talking about the Coronavirus on the Andrew Marr show this morning - this will make people panic if they don’t get the tone of the conversation right! - I hope not.

...figures not good, Dow futures now negative! - adopt panic stations.

.....there is always two sides to a story. Couple on the phone to the BBC news this morning from that Hotel. We haven’t been checked for the virus they said, we think it is great here, now on full board three meals a day, all drinks are free, staff are nice lol Can just imagine Billy and Craig prompt up at the bar, ****shed saying fooook the virus let’s have another one.

.....Ken that is precisely the way I think. Why be in a stock which takes 1 - 2 years to recover when you can be in one with better prospects of recovery. I am not saying Glen will have problems recovering, it’s a question of evening out your exposure. I made the same mistake investing to heavily in Glen, greed got the better of me. My average was a lot higher than yours so you can imagine what size hit I took.

......have a feeling abooooot Mon chaps - have faith we could see a bit of green here and there on Montag! - Yank Indices futures showing green - there were signs on Fri that some stocks have had enough.

Ken you were on about gradually moving away from Glen because your money position was too high - I have already done that. Did not move it very far though, just across to Kaz because as we all know Kaz recovers quicker. I will however buy back some for the divi when it arrives - goes ex divi the same date as kaz or else I would have had both!!

Sage, up or down - at some stage a lot of this news should already be priced in, but if you are referring to that one death, no change if everything is under control.

....the DOW looks as though it is going to loose 4500 points in one week ffs - it's 24800 at the moment, this could be heading for 20000 - especially if there is an outbreak in USA and people start dying!

....Sage don't know but it's being played on the news all the time, especially on sky.
Nasdaq futures going mental before the opening so what is the DOW going to do - explode!!

....first Briton to die of the virus after being on a cruise ship - all news channels covering it. Without being insensitive to the family involved, this is going to be played and played - will it affect the ftse, who knows!
