I know colleges are asking themselves why isn’t the SP higher in comparison to Copper prices. Without sounding like there is some sort of conspiracy, I think the company has something to do with it as it helps with the buybacks.

Buying a property in a chain is a pain in tha arse. I used to buy properties, do them up, and sell them on as an addition to my other business. Some people haven’t got a clue what they are doing, so they don’t fukin understand what they are putting other people through - that’s why it is frustrating!!

Yes Craig I know first hand how stressful buying a new gaff is - so many things can go wrong and you have no control over it which makes it more frustrating.

Hope next week is less stressful than this week - wish I was 20 years younger and did this full time, my mind would be much sharper which would enable faster decision making.

I have a 27" Apple Mac and it is brilliant - no probs, but this week I have experenced the same problem as you lads. If everyone has a problem it is nearly always the server which has gone on the blink and there is nothing any of the brokers can do.
