Here's my understanding - which could be wrong - enlighten me. If full allocation taken up - company has less $100mn. So EV falls by $100mn (since it has been redistributed to shareholders).
Share count should reduce as well based on the number of shares that have taken up the allocation.
So if EV falls + shares fall - post-tender, should the SP not be roughly where we are, ceterus paribus (all things being equal).
Of course there is a chance that SP rises etc.
Based on the above, I am not sure why, as a shareholder, you would not want to tender and hold onto to your shares.
Do enlighten me.
