Is the Flake the quality we’ll be producing initially tho? I thought the scoping study was being undertaken to determine if the quality of the ore was good enough to justify development of the equipment on site to produce flake?

Yeah only thing was the 12-16 months lead time.. and the amount of investment required.. I’d quite like to be making money for a while a solidifying an increase in the share price rather than raising loads more funds.. but maybe that’s just me being too cautious

o Corporate restructuring of SGM, which is a requirement of the draft Mining Convention agreed between SGM and the Republic of Togo ('RoT') and part of the documentation required in the permitting process

The permit will be fully done once the corporate restructuring is completed.
