Fair enough TPKart. Last post from me on this topic until we find out who is going to sign off 2021 accounts. Any future CFO candidate is going to probe why current CFO didn’t want to do it so no reason why shareholders like me shouldn’t also. Just a pity directors hide behind Walbrook.

If peeps like you didn't think there may be truth in the hypothesis that the CFO spotted something he didn't agree with you wouldn't be throwing such a hissy fit.

I’m not jumping to any conclusions. Pointing out possibilities and erring on the side of caution perhaps, but that’s no bad thing on Aim and I stand by my track record of posts on LSE, especially on disaster stock ODX. The current CFO leaves on 7th April so he won’t be signing off the final results. It’ll be interesting to see what happens next and there may be nothing in his leaving so soon. I’d be happier though if MHC directors didn’t hide behind Walbrook PR, the same company used by ODX.

A financial officer leaving a company shortly before publishing his first set of accounts, for no better reason than to ‘pursue other opportunities’, seems like dereliction of duty to me. Unless he’s spotted something he doesn’t agree with and hence doesn’t want his name associated with the accounts? Note that he made no statement about leaving in the RNS.

What am I making up? When Financial Directors leave a company before their first set of results is audited it can spell trouble. Why are they looking for their third FD in three years?

Always worth erring on the side of caution where the actions of Finance Directors are concerned. Why was he so pressed to leave before his numbers are subject to audit? He'd have only had to stay another couple of months at most. As you say, you have to make your own mind up but his avoidance of scrutiny is a fact worth taking into consideration imo.

I've just checked the last Annual Report. The financial statements for the year ending 2020 were signed off by previous CFO Madeleine Kennedy. So Gareth Davies arrived, and is departing, with knowledge of numbers to year end 2021 but without having to sign off any financial statements. The timing of his cameo role at MHC looks dubious to say the least and in the absence of a better explanation than he's leaving to pursue other activities shareholders ought to be careful. Caveat emptor.

The current incumbent only started last June and he's leaving next week. It doesn't fit with the narrative about the impending launch of exciting new products so is a red flag. Directors hiding behind a PR company is another red flag. Use of Walbrook is another as the PR at ODX has been disastrous imho.

Why do they keep leaving after about a year? I'd call the company to pose the question but you have to go through their PR outfit Walbrook, the same one that represented train wreck Omega Diagnostics (ref tweets about Teslas) so no point.

How do you think they’re going to sell CD4 when they only lease it from the Burnett Institute?

They ought to have said what percentages were required for the votes to pass, but what do you expect from ODX? Clarity?

You think it’s only gone on for 2 years? A lot of people jumped on the covid bandwagon and got burnt. There was plenty of evidence showing this was a dog before covid. Long termers and directors were delighted to get the hell out at an unbelievable price which would never have been achieved on merit.

How on earth can they sell the HIV test when it’s only licensed to them by Burnett Institute? Sad that people jump on bandwagons without doing basic research.

We know there is insider dealing associated with placings and poundshop brokers. It has been rife for years. Shares are sold, the price goes down, the placing happens, the price goes up. The Chinese wall is a pretence yet the FCA has done nothing about it. Given that, I have zero time for the TW witch hunt. It’s a far greater problem that the FCA turns a blind eye to.

Are these clowns for real? “For talking the share down and making it difficult for the BoD and ODX to raise money at a higher price.”
As if the clueless Omega board need any help to take the share price down. They’re brilliant at it!
