I would of thought he would of known that a set of preliminary accounts may not differ much from a set of audited accounts.

@bluerill I believe it could be as simple as the responsible person with the authority of signing off the accounts is absent. So a preliminary set of accounts have been issued.

Preliminary set of accounts should not have much difference to audited set of accounts.

Unsure of the mischief making here.

I'm reference to your last post.

Auditor does not go to the shops to audit the sales of a product.

The auditor will always research the ledgers from the company. They have absolutely no business going to the branches unless owned by Chill ( that's being silly).

As said before accountant will ensure when he/ her signs off the accounts that everything is correct. If an auditor has doubts with a set of accounts it will be stated or they will terminate their contract.

I would like to make a educated guess on this.

I believe that due to the covid, the accounts could not be properly audited hence why a preliminary record was announced.

The actual accounts will be released when properly audited ( shouldn't be much surprises in the acc.)

As I ve stated before, and I will re iterate again. This stock is about CBD, and how successful it will be in the future....Not the now,Not the present for its just kicking off Now.

So based on speculation, you are asking the wrong question Vas my honourable friend.

The question or equation you should be asking or assessing is the following : exposure x likelihood x assessibility = sales

Exposure = advertising, promotion etc etc
Liklihood = someone potentially purchasing product
Assessibility = can the product be easily bought
Sales = sales

I know people have not been positive about the brand name change to chill.

I believe it was a good move, not being classis but if you notice in the poor states the young and deprive always talking about 'chilling' etc etc ..

I think the brand name will move this on, but those are my thoughts.

First of talking about murdered estate agents is absolutely disturbing and unacceptable.

Shares are about speculation, those stating it needs to earn £££ to be worth £££ is mischievous illusion.

The share is worth what an investor thinks its worth not what you or I think it's worth ( that's the reality of it) more importantly what you are prepared to pay for it.

Vas are you telling me that when you bought the share for a £ it's was already earning £££££ s.

It's about the future sometimes , not the here or now.

I'm looking at the trades yesterday
......massive sells at 28.00 .However there is a large 265k sell at 28.35 pence a share, right in the middle of those 28.00 pence a share.

Could that be a buy instead of a sell ?
