No probs just noticed when it was 16 to 17p there were really tight limits but looks free now

Could someone who knows this share better than me explain why they have 1k limit to buy in place. Is this usual for this stock ?.

Looking at the trades, and lack of stock when buying, imo this is re rating ahead of news re power china.
