1) they dont have the diamonds

2) Rhodesian Bank will send them a letter re process (No time given) and the process who know how complex that will be

3) Debt call - No RNS actually declaring formal extension

4) Mine in Romania - Still making a loss so far

I think my short is quite safe thanks and I only short incompetent companies who richly deserve it

The high sheriff biz sounds all dramatic - but read the RNS properly and its the bank who will determine process and that will be writing which of course could take months

Placing now unevitable - question is at what level will the placing be.

Not that it worries me if they r a lifestyle company etc , i profit from a companies incompetence by shorting it , So all go to me re placing
