Last chance to pick up shares for sub £1??
Mt262626 if he takes the share price to £20 I will have his face tattoo’d on my leg!
I still think it will land this week, but the timing feels a bit off with the ASX de-listing putting pressure on the share price...
Tony
Hope you are back in...? managed to pick more up at 94p... good luck everyone!!!!
After the AGM last year PA suggested that they were considering dropping the ASX listing due to benefits of LSE SETS. Reasoning for the halt is to de-list from the AXS citing ‘European’ focus and location of directors etc. Looks like they wanted to get this done before the release of the BFS
Tony
The average £27m was taken from the last 4 years - this year’s losses were offset by £80m profit the year before etc. Pretty up and down but they have had some profitable years - unfortunately looks like they have a lot of issues now - i.e.covid and having to close their Malaysian plant and build a new one in Kalgoorlie Aus (not cheap).
Sounds like a very conservative but well thought through estimate - so thanks. Hopefully the update on BFS is detailed enough for us to draw some more accurate conclusions and pits Pensana well ahead of the game in terms of product, material ratio and operating costs.
Interesting info on the gold mine and split - thanks!
Hi Tony
Where did the resource value of 1/10 come from? Not questioning it just interested.
If we compare your analysis to Lynas (I know they are already established), their annual last financial year was $305m with a loss of $19m. Since 2017 they have averaged $320m a year revenue and an average net income of $27m. Would have to do some digging for the EBITDA but certainly averaging less than 5%..
Their share price currently sits at around $3 a share with similar amounts of shares in circulation. If Pensana doesn’t dilute and achieves 35% net profit on a $350m turnover from Longonjo alone thats a whopping $100m plus. Thats before we add on the Coola potential etc..
Appreciate theres a very long way to go but with a forecast rise in material prices I would be interested for someone who is more qualified than me to take a stab at what the potential stock price could be??
Agree, long term prospects incredible. Lockdowns, Brexit, US election all taking their toll but confident in the management team and potential of this business. In 2 weeks time the election is over, potential for a Brexit deal, updates on vaccines and a RNS which hopefully clears up any confusion and provides a clear path for Pensana... people panic selling now may seriously regret it
Hi Tornadotony, I find your view interesting, I certainly found the update posted last night (UK) really positive and informative. Not sure how they have complicated the message or increased the risk profile - the only real change is a study into the feasibility of a processing facility, which for me shows the management team are exploring opportunities to make the company more competitive and profitable. Taking advantage of the future £50bn UK Wind Farm initiative and the grants that will support that is a huge positive surely? Anyway please let us all know how you get on as always interested in company updates and further clarifications...
Back to the report last night- re-affirmed 990,000 tonnes of NdPr (.1) at Longonjo alone is absolutely huge and very exciting. A 2 week delay to the BFS is nothing, given the complexity, so very surprised at the further shake down today. Great potential this company and 65p is a bargain. Topped up day, won’t be this price for long.
