Don’t get me wrong Andy is pleasant enough, actually quite charismatic !!

But he is too in bed with TL and that gives them the upper hand, how can you negotiate hard with ppl you have known well for so long, quite simply you can’t and that will have impacts, you’d think they would have given him preferential terms after helping them for so long !!

This is why he is trying to build elsewhere, but every attempt to dilute at a higher SP evades because he is not open enough or lack of timely follow-up comms causes the drag back down !!!

It needs a very generous donation to get this over the line without impacting retail investment !!!

Philippines licences only as good as Andy’s available funding !!!

Anything that should have been attended but has not probably do to existing workload elsewhere !!!

Dilution still a concern for all, and SP dropping again due to no follow-up RNS’s, expect additional drops if nothing forthcoming by start of next week !!!

Helping them for all this time, yet they can’t even return the favour, he looks worn out by TL and it’s politics !!!

Andy knew this and to save Sunda going under he has thrown 400k at an unknown aged asset in the middle of Timbuktu !!!

They are all cash cows month on month for the board, nothing more nothing less !!!

AB needs to seriously consider cutting his ties with TL, for too long they have dangled him on strings, previous live presentations in Dili shows their lack of enthusiasm to get things moving along, that coupled with the helicopter fiasco last year !!!

If I were him I’d sell out Sunda’s share in Chuditch to either ENI or Petronas, he is clearly out of his depth over there and a bigger organisation would have more leverage than he does !!!

Concentrate efforts on new assets fuelled by a big chunk of incoming cash !!!

Otherwise it could be game over for Chuditch and Sunda when the PSC comes up for extension (again and again and again)

If there is an opportunity for an excuse and they’ll use it every time !!!

The big difference between them (ENI) and us is they have shed loads of cash to support development and we don’t !!

As I said yesterday all this time Sunda has been in TL and should have already courted anyone and everyone to ensure support and funding ready !!

If I were Andy I’d just cut my losses in Chuditch and take the highest offer now !!

Then plough funds into building elsewhere and avoid all the politics and delays !!

At this time this share is not an investment opportunity, only when there is a producing asset will it be so !!!

For the last 5+ years this has only ever been a traders share and that is a fact !!!

That is why so many are running at a loss, they’ve bought high or held too long !!!

If this acquisition doesn’t happen then it will continue as such or until there is something concrete on the Chuditch asset which is supposedly the company’s anchor (cash cow) !!!

So if it’s 3 weeks to go make sure you are ready for the next spike based on a pump then for sure it will be another dump immediately thereafter !!!

Don’t buy on the high and get left holding the baby again …

10 years Andy and his team has been over in Timor-Leste, doing what who knows but getting paid very well, and in all that time you would of thought by now he would have already had support in place and funding ready to go !!!

IF this share by miracle avoids further dilution for the Chuditch drill then I for one will be very surprised !!!

As for the lack of communication to shareholders I’d say it actually quite insulting and disrespectful …

Apart from that he is doing a fantastic job !!! lol

Doesn’t seem to matter whether it is BOIL or SUNDA comms are really very poor !!

One thing Andy needs to work on is his communication skills !!

He needs to have the decency to provide ongoing updates to his shareholders !!

The February presentation wasn’t even posted up on LinkedIn or Twitter !!

It’s all guesswork and that is ridiculous …

But so much news is due, might only take another few weeks or months !!!

In the last 6-9 months Andy has made statements like ;-

And there is still shareholder value !!

I guess we’ll be finding out this year whether he is a genuine man or like all the rest …
