I've also seen a couple of other reasons given, last one before that was the coiled tubing and nitrogen. was to blame. and a couple others before that. ( can't remember what they were)

This news should increase the volume of shares traded which should then finish off the last of the 55M 4p placing.

I think there is a limit to how many placings that can take place without shareholders approval. Then our permission is required for more.
it may not be for a placing. may be for the board to load up with free allocated shares.
I'd like to see them in the job more than 2 seconds and earning the right first.

Thought we had everything we needed. we have permission for a rig. We only have to tell the SCC before we bring anything on site and that's not asking permission.
So were going to plug a couple of holes. Big deal. !!

I wouldn't dump a couple of shipping baskets onsite while waiting on the rig, giving the scarcity of the contents.
I imagine it will all arrive together or within days of each other.

This also assumes Vonk's 15M shares had already gone.

The important thing is that the 4p placings are gone by the time the Rig and equipment is spotted going on site.

I don't think anyone gives a hoot about Lidsey, The main point about it, is, that Angus don't go investing any more time or money on it until it can be done with income from Brockham or Balcombe.

D.L hasn't actually been bought out of Lidsey, He has taken shares in Angus for his slice of Lidsey. it means he still has his piece of cake, and he has no financial commitment in any further development costs.
It's not a done deal yet, and maybe he will Not sell any. Just wants to keep his other cash for the weed farms than put it into Lidsey.

Well, Who would have thought it, We all have to thank the S.C.C. for all the delays they put on Angus at Brockham.
Without them, We would have found that water 2 years ago, before this Newbie start-up oil company with no other real potential in place. Angus could easily have gone bust. LOL. Brockham would have been wound-up.

Did Angus know of the water 2 years ago when it was drilled, sampling during the drilling would be taken at many intervals.
Recent RNS states the water is at a pressure of 220psi, surely that would have pissed into the well at the time

RNS 2 years ago. "Angus took the search for natural fractures a stage further by using the Weatherford Ultra Wave Acoustic borehole imaging tool. This is its first use in Europe."

Angus were always dragging heir feet with Brockham, any excuse to put it off, and managing to use regularity bodies to justify it. Hoping to get the ball rolling elsewhere to save the company.
Just imagine where the company would be if it hadn't got a foothold in Balcombe.
if the water issue had come out at the time 2 years ago.
