D.L hasn't actually been bought out of Lidsey, He has taken shares in Angus for his slice of Lidsey. it means he still has his piece of cake, and he has no financial commitment in any further development costs.
It's not a done deal yet, and maybe he will Not sell any. Just wants to keep his other cash for the weed farms than put it into Lidsey.
