RE: RE: scallywag3's question28 Apr 2019 17:22
Just back from an 8 mile hike, nothing better for thinking.
Not really sure what the question was, if there was one. just playing around with some ideas and playing the odds
So I'll explain: "The Water Issue "
What do we know about it, Nothing except it exists, Is it an underground lake ? Is it a stream ? If anyone knows they aren't saying.
We have 2 fractured Kimmeridge layers of around 88ft each and a fractured layer of something inbetween of about 400ft.
Therefore, the bottom of the top layer and the top of the bottom layer will be 384 ft apart horizontally.
The Odds that both layers are affected by water would seem very small to me.
unless it's a stream 500ft deep and we have followed it with the drill exactly.
But these are my thoughts. and why I have a load of Angus shares.
One layer coming out of Brockham at this time is enough to keep the wolf from the door.
I do expect we will get both layers though.
Pboo. I do appreciate all the effort and pictures, I know others have their own ideas about them.
Alan, Your technical knowledge is great, I'm not sure you like deviation from the text book though while others would call it inovation.
I still think Lidsey could have their water treated by the sewage works next door, How could the Lidsey water be anymore contaminated from the stuff people pour down their sinks and loos, oily overalls being washed, bleach, paint brush cleaning etc.etc.
I did write to Angus on the issue, they didn't reply.
