Maybe we will end up with 75% of Brockham.
I know L.L. said inthe interview there was no need for another raisinf this year. buying someone elses % though probably doesn't fit that bill.
I'm sure we will get an update by Friday after the offer closes.

I find it very odd that they are having a meeting about ordering the equipment for the flow test.
I could believe it, if they had Not fixed the water problem.

But !! they HAVE fixed the water problem.................. So we are told by L.L.

This would have/ should have been, "Fix the water and proceed directly to the next stage".
Decided when they would have the first meeting when the water was found.

Have they even had their meeting? It's all very strange. I personally think there is a partner problem.

Given that there are still reasonable sized sells taken place, I just wonder if one of the partners is selling part or all of there share in Brockham to Angus. I know it doesn't make sense being so close to production.
Then again, how many times have we been here, waiting on " just a couple of weeks more"

Redid my calculations on this. last lot last week were wrong. ( I did say at the time I would have liked to someone else's)
Anyway, works out at £4.4M Gross income per year for 9 years.

Question is, If the contract is signed before the O.O. ends. Is it enough for the market to save it ?
We will soon see.

L.L. seems to think there will be an increase on the SP when the gas deal is done, personally. I don't.

At 15:45 in. They discuss the Doreimus / Lidsey buy out. L.L. also commenst that " There is an orderly market disposal in the contract" sounds like D.L. maybe hadn't intended to keep them.
Makes me think, he ISN'T keen on funding future work at Brockham, hence all this discussion with partners before ordering the equipment.
perhaps he's holding back hoping to get bought out at Brockham.

Absolutely, they should leave the likes of Lidsey alone until it can be financed through revenue from Brockham of Balcombe.

The gas site in question has 8cf. Billion for Angus 8B div 1000 = 80M
80M X 2.6 = $M 208

It took 20 years to get out 60% So lets just say 10years life to get the rest. = $M20.8 a year Gross.
Is roughtly £15M a year

What I would have liked was the test equipment onsite. they had their timetable months ago. doesn't ring true this delay.
Any good business person would have had it sealed, especially when it's probably long term contract.

Well ! it is one reason the SP is Low. L.L. didn't do much to push Brockham forward in his interview.

I agree with Gashead, he spoke about Brockham about 9 mins in. saying if Brockham comes in, then we would be cash generative by next summer, actually extending the time on, I'd have expected him to have brought that timeline forward.
So I'm puzzled, I'm open to Enlightenment if anyone wants to explain.

So L.L. is expecting our SP to double on compeltion of this new asset. and were at the fianl stages of completion.
hence perhaps the 4.25 offer next week and new asset completion comming before it.

I don't believe that Angus are willing to pre warn the Swampies of the equipment arriving.
neither will the SP move when it does arrive, the market has had enough of speculation with Angus.
It's only going to rise when they give us oil.
but when it does rise, it's going to be quite Awesome.
