I usually keep a rough estimate of my average in my head as I go along, this week I thought I'll get it right and look at my history properly. and got the figure of 1.4p Weird that as the highest I'd paid was 1.28p
Back to the drawing board and it came to 1p That didn't seem right with my estimate

One more go .... average is actually 0.58p
My ongoing mental arithmetic estimate had actually been 0.6
Not buying one more single share in this. I buy it goes down.

I've wondered why no news of HH2 Oldbury, maybe they will tell us something today. One would think that it couldn't be less productive than hh1 just meters away which produces dry oil.
hh2 does have a slotted liner and maybe it would have been better with an ordinary one perforated.

Resolution 4 – Directors’ Authority to Allot Shares
This is an ordinary resolution to grant the Directors with authority to allot and issue shares and
grant rights to subscribe for shares in the Company for the purposes of Section 551 of the Act
up to the maximum aggregate nominal amount of £300,000. This resolution replaces any
existing authorities to issue shares in the Company and the authority under this resolution will

Any company that raises cash through placings to pay their directors a bonus ( usually falsely raised in the name of something else ) are plain and simply Crooks. Thieves. ............ and it happens all the time, more especially when a company are on the way out. So I'm hoping UKOG don't fall into this category.

Note that they crossed the threshold on 1st May notified UKOG on 4th who disclosed it on 5th. They are in no hurry to disclose their hand.
I believe they are buyers and not for a miniscule profit per share, but for a controlling interest of UKOG.

Hope now that the shares have hit the market officially, Canaccord can now present a TR1 .
Certainly they are under 5% if they haven't bought any.
My assumption is they have bought so many ( forward sold) a TR1 with Sky is the limit on it, will be issued. from Now til Friday we should see at least One.

A person ( Canaccord) notifies the issuer of its shares it holds UKOG with a TR1 UKOG then issue a RNS to the market.
A person or company residing in the UK have a 3%+1 notification and those outside the UK are 5% + 5%
my interpretation.
