If this is genuine and it does take off, oil will never again rise above $50. ( assuming were not using gas/oil power stations to provide the juice ) Makes it even more realistic for planes to fly with batteries to.

They may also wish to do it to save ( HH1 Vertical well )being affected if the HH2 is being used by the water a conduit for it to flow towards Horsehill.

The water is using the end part of the well as a channel to run up to the bung, then spreading around into the surrounding area finding its way back into the well. Maybe the bung should be removed and the toe end of the well filled with cement all the way back to where the bund was set and also more towards the wellhead. quicker and cheap to try before opting for expensive sidetrack.

Why is the Kimmeridge layer never mentioned . This was the layer associated with the term " The Gatwick gusher "
