See Ya Matt - im waiting for positive news on cost cutting, new CFO, impact of new NED’s, inflation reduction. Etc etc - todays drop mainly because of US earnings last night and now non farm payrolls - not related at all
@baron - thank you for the sensible commentary. Totally agree - I’m heavily invested too and if it goes below £1 then I will have more….. This CEO knows exactly what he is doing and I bet you that give it a few days we will see broker upgrades and institutional buys after that speech - he knows exactly how this will all play out. I’m totally relaxed and happy here
Yes mate, you and newby are correct - I’m not ! I guess we just see how this all plays out over the next few months. I’m hoping for more positive times although we may see volatility short term with Russia rhetoric post giving tanks …. Anyway, catch you soon mate
I agree with you DT - I have reluctantly sold today too but will be straight back in once the whole thing dies down again - so long as it is sub £5 as it would be a no brainer given that forward looking statement.
100% upside is their view - nice. Markets are forward looking so now the plan and brighter future is unfolding - starting to be recognised. Long way to go but with significant productivity gains planned, inflation coming down, supply chains improving, shorts closing - who would bet against BOA view - anyway my guess is a few more brokers will follow suit soon - not that I take a lot of notice of those ratings anyway…..
@West - all good with me mate thanks. Managed to get my average down to £16 and my exit is now near yours at £25 - hopefully later this year or next. Still need to consider that day out to the hammers although pretty ****e right now. Take care
@giantsquid - thanks for continuing to speak sense. I agree with you, if you don’t need to sell, then this will play out very positively in 12 to 18 months. Not only do we have inflation coming down, US opening and also hopefully war ending - when we are looking at results in 12 months time we will be comparing revenue versus this year and it will be positive. If we continue to manage costs too then margins will also be up yoy. People make me laugh when they panic re revenue declining - it’s because we are comparing versus an exceptional and one off year. This is still generating large revenues, making a profit and have a robust plan for the future - I have an average of £1.10 and have no issues with that
