It looks to me that ODX excepted it was the end of the Dhsc contract before being informed of the fact by the confirmation and now dhsc are asking for payback, ODX had enough of getting messed about by them ? Or can see a better road ahead without them. Plenty of institutional buying of these shares before the bad news and l still think they are holding it somewhat today.
