1.5m trade went through about an hour ago. Well we will all know by the end of this week the state of play about profit and revenue being back in action. Silence really is golden for now.

So they have about a week to issue a profit warning unless we're back in business and profitable which we all have a good idea that we are. So Unless we hear anything otherwise the sp is a certainty to increase? It then becomes a mathematical fact it will as our market cap will become larger? So right now 90p is looking like one of the best deals on aim given whats imminent and the huge volume on buy orders the last few days suggests someone somewhere knows something.

Anyone know when we're get the next trading statement or set of results?

So gutted I didn't have any surpluss funds right now to top up as had a huge tax and accountancy bill for end of year accounts. Already have a large holding but it has been painful for the last 2 days to see it at that price for one last time? So so criminally undervalued given what will be unfolding over the next few weeks/months. Gla.

Second day running and is not showing any trades, just complete lock down on transactions. Never seen this before? Just wondered if anyone had seen this before or knew why it was happening? Also noticed another strange £45k transaction on brave bison yesterday that wasn't showing as a buy or sell.

There's a transaction from late Friday on the brace bison trades for £46k doesn't say if buy or sell? Just in black. Was thinking if it was a buy then obviously someone knows something is imminent.

quick question about the stock price. On the Advfn boards and the Lse board chat on brace bison people are quoting figures of 2.5p-5p for stock if any takeover was to happen. How is this as the current market price is about 1.25p per share? Would they actually be buying out all existing holdings? Also was noted that bisons bod purchased large volume at 5p a while ago.

Thanks for such a levelled and sensible response. We all need to wait for further info about the deal and what is on offer, seems like both sets of share holders are quite proud of there respective companies and holidings, but if it means in the short term we can all benefit from an increase in the sp then surely it makes sense. Brave bison may well have won a few high profile contracts but there is a huge cash burn at the moment and loss making revenues whatever way you want to look at hence the crashed price, however they have this whole streaming advertising division that the bod of zinc want in on and I think we have to trust there judgement given past success. Zinc may well have turned a corner and end results should detail this showing profit and lots of big contracts in the pipeline. Not long until we hear more now.

I get that they've just won some contracts have good capital, but there share price has bombed spectacularly from about 5p to 1p over the year. prob to do with the boardroom fallout and money losses on profit. But yes I agree scratch beneath the surface and they have something we want but likewise were In a much better position now then 6 months ago so I don't get the rhetoric about it will be a better deal for us. Surely this is in the best interests of each company to merge and form a media powerhouse given the strength of the boards and each individual businesses assetts?

Strange that the brace bison shares are still crashing yet we've steadied for the minute. They don't seem to be recovering with any buys either whilst there sells are now in the millions. Very interesting few weeks ahead. Does anyone more informed know if the company's merge would they still operate as 2 names or would we be combined as one whole outfit? So obviously with all the board of directors and key players at zinc purchasing large amounts of stock a few months ago I'm pretty sure there doing this as it would be in everyone's interest. When will the date be when any deal will be concluded and finalised? What would happen next? Would it have immediate bearing on the sp or would rises be speculative? I think they've been shaking the tree a bit the last few weeks getting rid of some weaker holdings and boardwalk were realeasing quite a large holding, although there motives remain uncertain. It looked like a lot of large delayed/late buys went through, and I guess we will know a bit more Tomorrow once it sinks in. I feel now this is on the markets radar big time and momentum has just started.

Just reading up on some of brave bisons major share holders and they include Russell de Leon a billionaire co founder of party gaming and itv chairman Peter bazalgette. If this merger comes off then the combined firepower of both sets of boards and shareholders would be pretty explosive to say the least.

Wow didn't see that one coming, It definitely felt like things were being controlled price wise the last few months hopefully because it would work out a better deal for both parties if the sp was contained. Very very good news imo.

Yeah sure sure we can see its probably not the right way to go. Maybe things could be tight there and there playing mm games. Who knows.

jenashon interesting theory about the takeover. What sort of price at this stage would a rough takeover cost for these shares at this stage? Surely would have to be over the current sp?

I think that was in reference to asa another share he had holdings in that have been caught up in a corruption scandal

What would be the logic for broad walk selling? They surely would of only been in around the drop to 1ish? Now there selling at the first stage of an uptrend at a .20 profit? Surely they would of done there research before buying so will see what's happening right now? Crazy if you ask me for the sake of a few months when it could really go. I would be livid if they were managing my profiles with decisions like that.

Didn't really factor in the whole Netflix and amazon etc streaming services that will be picking up content another huge market it looks like we're tapped into. As for my inquisition about the takeover potential I guess that a big player would rather get hold of the company and privatise it around 5-6p once there's proven profit revenues and full order books before it could hit double figures? just curious an observation as Jonathon Goodwin has a successful track record of setting up multi million pound deals similar to what we're seeing here, however it has hit 50/60p years ago without intervention?
