Does anyone know if the relisted sp price woild be detailed in the rns detailing what the offer on the merger is? Anyone hazard a guess what we will be looking at sp wise upon re-entry?

Things remained semi stable as the stock markets around the world stutter and tech stocks in particular took a hammering. Hopefully thats a low base it's at now and the next news can reset things again. But it has to start sustaining above 8p people won't accept this in 6mths time of it hasn't changed. This is the same guy sanjeev gupta from simec energy that in December launched a merger deal with atlantis resources Ltd to become combined renewable energy partners in a new juggernaut company with the ftse 250 as there favoured next stop. Whilst the shares are suspended until the deal is completed between both parties they are still highly active behind the scenes as we have seen with the red t storage they've agreed in principal and many other snippets of info on the atlantis twitter feed. So now I think we should all start taking note when he says he's going to take on elon musk head to head. Now the market should start taking this all a bit more seriously.

I'm away on business in arizona at the moment but pleased to see the developments unfolding after leaving whilst things were looking tough with the price. Anyway all very interesting stuff about the link to tidal. I've invested in atlantis resources Ltd but there shares are suspended at the moment as they are merging with another energy company to become a huge diversified energy supplier. I can believe they are not being discussed more or spoken of as if you read what's happening with them it's looking like there about to become one of the biggest energy players in the industry lead by the guitar brothers. There loads of info on there twitter account if you have a look at the links I posted. Shares should be re-rates and trading in 2nd half 2018 after they've tied up there buisness plans. As for red were now on the right track and finally I think this is the turning point, next year should be very very interesting. All this just goes to show the renewable revolution is happening and really will be the fourth industrial era. The bmn share price is on fire and no signs of slowing. Just in case you didnt know there a vanadium miner that although nothing to do with us have been of definite interest on here given our common ground. Was positive ish when I first skim read this morning, wasn't expecting fireworks after the tern deal that probably swiped alot of that profit figure away. Started seeing the mm's dropping the price and got very frustrated and viewed it as a bit if a negative interim and that although profit was too low and thing not handled properly. However calmed and settled now and seeing the huge amount of buys going in I don't think it's so bad and if there confident of a much better full year then lets see what happens on November after a full term with tern intergrated. Not happy, not upset, just very very frustrating as profit is profit. I'm hoping David galans new position was strategic and he can start to ramp things up a bit. Giving it until November now that's more then long enough for this team to deliver.
