Trift , I agree on the point that the non binding offers are likely to have come before that rns. I felt that rns had a whole feeling of things that had occurred previously as you say. How far previously we obv don’t know but I think too that those offers hadn’t ‘just’ been received.
That said, if they had been received weeks or months ago then surely a binding one MUST be imminent. If not they need to get off the vodka and put a working week in!
