I believe they have known for a very long time. Will tlp 103 ever be drilled... at this moment of time i would say no. I wasted 7 months on this pile of crap and lost 7k. Thankfully i have recouped my losses on farn and imm in last 2 weeks. But i cant recoupe the time.
