Hi Banjo
The following is lifted from the RNS of th 1st July.
"Under Rule 8.3(a) of the Code, any person who is interested in 1% or more of any class of relevant securities of an offeree company or of any securities exchange offeror (being any offeror other than an offeror in respect of which it has been announced that its offer is, or is likely to be, solely in cash) must make an Opening Position Disclosure following the commencement of the offer period"
Like you I do not fully understand the ins and outs but they do use "must make an opening position disclosure" so I would expect a number of confirmation holdings RNS's over the 10nr days from the announcement.
It is probably me just reading more into it than I probably ought to.
Lifted from the article are "Eurasia is currently operating the Monchetundra project" which probably just means that they control it rather than there are spades in the ground. "Triggering of finance package at Monchetundra" which I took to mean funds had been received from the Sinosteel arrangement and "Partner found for the project".
Afternoon all, sorry if I am going over old ground here but what are the thoughts on the latest Proactive Investors article linked on the EUA website.
It mentions "Eurasia is currently operating the Monchetundra project" and in the inflexion points it also mentions "Triggering of finance package at Monchetundra" and "Partner found for the project".
I read this as the Sinosteel has been triggered, a JV has been entered into and work has begun.
Is this just me or does anyone else read it that way?
May be sooner than we think if so!
