People should remember that practically one year ago exactly, the placing for funds to build the factory happened which valued the company at about 240mln. Compared to that point ITM is doing fantastically well.
I personally think Extreme E is a great move. How much money do people spend on advertising in sports events? And AFC is being paid to be in the spotlight...
Lewis Hamilton also has founded an Extreme E team (X44). And it will be broadcast on the BBC. Bigger event than I thought...
What would make this jump is an RNS about the new factory progress and details about potential purchases from the new factory. Always useful to compare against the competition: NEL are getting more orders, even from the factory they are currently building (c.f. electrolysers for Nikola) and they publish detailed presentations about progress on the investor relations section of their website.
ITM should set their ambitions higher now. The occasional RNS about a 10MW sale is small potatoes for a market cap of more than 1 billion, especially when they don't put a delivery date estimate in.
On the 429m in government backed loans, de-rampy does correctly say that it is not explicitly said that it is all for Altalto. However, by stating it is for all plants he is not only making his own assumption, but is also contradicting his earlier argument that the Altalto plant is too big an investment for an unproven process, by accepting that more plants are being planned. Either this won't work at scale and it's government backed loans down then pan for VLS or the money is for lots of plants and VLS will not fund the first one. I wonder if he really believes his arguments.
The logical sequence would be to make sure fund Altalto is funded, then scale to the other sites. This would mean that the lion's share should go to Altalto.
Anyway, looking forward to the next short burn...
Not sure if this has already been posted, but good to see lots of activity with regards to funding:

Troooooll in the dungeon, I thought you ought to know...

but with the competition (NEL)
If VLS spent more on future improvements, XPB would have been banging his drum about the management squandering money and them not concentrating on scaling up the tech they have. VLS is going to be judged on the success of Altalto the same way Nikola will be judged on the delivery of Nikola Two in 2023. It's a story stock and there is no harm in putting the focus into making the story a good one.
Just when france and germany are looking to install GWs of electrolyser capacity (and build them), we decide to screw up trade with one of the biggest markets for hydrogen tech, just before a massive new factory is built here...
XPB pedaling his 'facts' again from the shorters' troll-bridge.
Grading:
1 (O), 2 (F), 3 (O), 4 (O), 5 (O).
So 20%, must try harder. Haven't taken any marks off for punctuation mistakes though, in order to be as kind as possible.
Agree that this would make the chances of funding much higher. Nice number to pick for the matched funding (£500m). Shows there is communication and alignment of positions between the private sector and government policy.
Not being able to prove something wrong is a sign you are stating an opinion instead of a fact... (notice the three dots)
An ellipsis has three dots XPB... ;-)
Have seen mails from Nigerian princes asking for bank details with less jibberish than your posts...
You can ask them how to use a hyphen as well XPB, while you are going through your re-education.
Thanks for that low-quality opinion piece from the short traders' perspective XPB. Apparently XPB knows the meeting schedule of the JetZero council, and assumes that there is no meeting outside of the council.
By the way, in addition to looking up the definition of "facts", you might want to check the difference between "imply" and "infer". Time to go back to school XPB.
There is plenty to be excited about here. Like it has been said before by others on here, if you buy when it's risk-free then you will be buying at multiples of this price. XPB's self-confessed motive for posting is his own trading greed, not the desire to add more info into the debate. Wonder what the 30 day count is now...
