It’s almost impossible that they could’ve sold that on the open market. CTF might not have initially intended to sell the lot, but if someone offers to take the lot at a high price without the problems of selling into a relatively illiquid market then it would be an offer difficult to refuse.

Almost certainly what happed... 3rd August CTF sold 4m on open market which crossed the 24% (1st notification) 7th August notified issuer they sold the tranch 7th August, the above notification meant someone got wind they were selling, swooped in and took them the fk out I for one will be topping up at these levels tomo!

Apologies if this has been said already but I’m pretty sure a holdings RNS has follow a max of 4 days following transaction. Meaning that whoever purchased the shares should be declared in the next couple of days. I’m not sure what rules apply if they are still purchasing though, of which there was lots going on today. Hopefully the next few sessions will reveal all and back up to mid-40s we go

Yes difficult to buy in bulk, trying to get an order filled at these levels but seemingly impossible!

Also picked up some more this morning, dips aggressively bought into. Expect to see this nearer 50p following consolidation. Lots of news in the pipeline which can spark the rocket again

Seller has been present for a while now, wonder who it is - from the surface it only looks like the company is heading in one direction

Lower oil price helps on an acquisition purchase price though. Expect this to turn quick when it does, many trades hidden on NEX make sure it’s monitored
