I guess until the Indian election result is finally confirmed, there won't be many announcements about the future plans of the government.

Indian election not so clear cut it seems. Modi claiming a victory but smaller parliamentary majority than before. If some of the parties supporting Modi switch alliance to the opposition it could change the overall result.

If you look at the chart you can see a very long downtrend is still in play for ECR, just my opinion based of the facts presented.
