With so many workovers planned in the timescale SYN state, there must be progress to report after 3 weeks of the last update.
Comms with this company stinks, and I've emailed Roland to tell him (weirdly he hasn't replied, which kinda proves my point). One image and circa 7 words on X is not an update Roland !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just would like to see them give up the Medway licence, it's so pie in the sky and in 10 years time that it hurts to even think of the funding required.
I'd like to see the focus on Cambay, conserve £££ and get the gas flowing and £££ in the bank. The first few wells financing the next few wells and so on
Once we have some spare £££ then focus on Medway.
I hope to read soon that the Medway licence has been sacrificed or paused.
Would you not have to stop production c77 to work it over? If so if they stopped it first then none would be producing gad. I guess they think get the other wells cleaned and producing, then stop C77
The workover sequence, starting with C-70, will commence after the wells have been subjected to individual pressure gradient surveys during October / November 2024.
RE: NEW Feature article from @TMSreach - With it’s strong financial position and multiple news catalysts due is ECR Minerals a compelling #BlackFriday opportunity?29 Nov 2024 15:28
Total Market Solutions = David Burton
If you want to know the relationship between Mike Whitlo w and David Burton, you can easily do that by googling
"Mike Whitlo w David Burton" and having a read on the top 5 or so results that it pulls back.
Enough said as to why there are Total Market Solution articles heavily promoting ECR in it's hour of need.
"it doesn't look great from the surface"28 Nov 2024 08:54
BBN,
Of course they wouldn't tell the market they are in desperate need of funds, everyone would head to the hills, but as Mike Whitlo w stated in his interview
In relation to the interview that went out "it doesn't look great from the surface"
So Mike Whitlo w on the Board of ECR states, in relation to the fact they put out an interview regarding the sale of non-core assets and then hours later putting out a massive dilution at 20% discount RNS, "it doesn't look great from the surface"
They are Mike Whitlo w's words folks, even he accepts "it doesn't look great from the surface" so all you people protesting and ripping me, listen to your own Board member, your own MD (as the interview splash screen describes Mike).
I think it's you that is overthinking your importance there. Take your rose tinted glasses off and look at the facts. In all of Mike Whit lows time (14 months ish) what has he got over the line? I don't mean testing samples I mean, sold the land, NO, sold a business with tax losses NO, commercial mining in BM, NO.
You just quoted RNS Number : 1081X, ECR Minerals PLC, 18 December 2023
That was over 11 months ago and two dilutions have taken place. I' d say you clearly know what people are talking about when they talk about no money from disposal of non core asset. Don't embarrass yourself mate.
RE: new interview with mike *******27 Nov 2024 13:37
In the last year, or since Mike started taking his £1000 a month + shares for salary, look at what has actually been delivered, not the small steps but actually delivered
No planning permission obtained
No land sale
No house sale
BM not in production
Tax losses not sold
A lot of buckets of rocks have gone to the lab, with the next steps being more buckets of rocks to the lab, or indeed the drill cores........go of to the lab for testing !!!
Three dilutions within circa 14 months.
Shares handed out to the BoD.
Wake up folks, the best form of defence is attack. Just listen to today phone call with Mike and the language he uses.
RE: new interview with mike *******27 Nov 2024 13:28
Just listened to the interview, he says "I find it galling....." He sound to me p iss ed off to me, just the impression I got from listening. Noticed he decided not to do a video call.
Since the beginning of October, the RNS have been. in the run up to the massive dilution. Anyone see a pattern?
