The last update was given on the 30th of January as part of the open offer. A lot could have been achieved in the intervening weeks. The market needs an update urgently.

It really is now unbelievable the contempt it appears Rufus holds towards shareholders.

No output figures
No need on northern coalfield
No need on 24 hour production that the pit lights were supposed to bring
No word on how well discussions are going on Fing out why unsuccessful on tender bid
The threat of a placing hangs over Edenville
The threat of consolidation also hangs over Edenville

No response from Rufus or Tim PR.

If the northern coalfield was open they would be telling everyone, surely? So I guess we can presume its not

Seriously, has anyone contacted Tim PR to find out what is going on???? He's stopped replying to my emails.

....we as shareholders have a right to know what the fuck is going on with this company, and yet silence us all Rufus can give us as he pickets month after month if salary. Even Tim PR continues to get paid, while zero PR appears in any of the UK newspapers I read. Isn't it the PR company's job to go out and sell it to the world? what does that man do for his salary???? He certainly doesn't answer my emails.

We are pretty sure a placement is on the way, and highly likely a consolidation.
If Edenville released output figures it may help the placement, unless the output figures are that dire!!!!!
If the northern coal field is open and feeding into output figures that would help, surely. Unless Edenville have failed to open up the coalfield even though in January Edenville said the hoped it would open shortly.

I just cannot understand the games they are playing and the damage it is doing to the share price.

....do not believe the jam tomorrow aspects of Rufus's RNSs. Like I say, if Rufus sticks his arm out the car window indicating he's turning right, the only thing you should believe is that his window is open. Just because he indicates something doesn't mean he has any desire to actually fulfill that suggestion.

January 2017 he told us he was talking to potential customers, march 2019 how many of those he's allegedly spoken to have signed contracts? By saying they are talking to potential customers protected them from having to buying as the price went lower and lower.

I too believe it will be consolidation first then placement, at which point I will wait for price to go sub-decimal before even thinking of averaging down.

The oo RNS pretty much stated that if they didn't raise the money in the oo they would go else where to get it a price they could get, which I assume will be discounted.
That is still very much a reality, so why buy in now when it's highly likely to be much cheaper in the days ahead.

I do think it is time to out pressure on Edenville, Rufus, Jeff to issue news, it's just unacceptable. My opinion is that they are literally sticking their fingers up to shareholders and refusing to issue any RNS just to spite people.

The output figures must be known from January? Even February, but yet they fail to tell us. Whether the northern coalfield is open or not.

Tim has gone quiet on the email, so history has shown the timing of him stopping email has in the past been close to when RNSs have been issued. I'm not suggesting a causal relationship between the two.

We have to have news from Edenville at some point, surely???

But if the placement was above the nominal value, I'm guessing the price can fall below the nominal value? So if they place at 0.03p, the price could fall to 0.015p, just as an example. Is that correct?

The words of the oo were clear, if the oo wasn't supported they would go elsewhere and raise funds at whatever price they wanted. It's been a few weeks since the oo 'failed', and now on a Friday the price drops 30%. It's not rocket science folks. If anyone thinks an RNS is coming saying output is way above 10,000 and more contracts sign then they are kidding themselves. I'm sure shares from a placement are being forward sold today, before any announcement is made on Monday before the market opens. 0.02p here we come next week, I'm not sure what happens if we got 0.01p??

It's also my opinion that Rufus is looking for a way out with this project to find another lump of coal for him to apply his geologist skills to.

The Monday RNS could bring news that Rufus is going to run the other company, and will be left with no CEO, a placement, failed bid and a share price in tatters.

Whatever the Monday RNS brings, it's not good when the price drops 30% on a Friday afternoon.
