Aerial, I think someone mentioned why they would sell, they want their money back, and some more, out of a sub decimal decimal penny share.

I see them dumping more until the have their £300,000 back.

But that may take us back closer to 0.04p.

They have the contracts, it the 12,000 tonne contract lands that's even better, they have the money, it's the dry season, they have run out of excuses/reasons to fail to increase output, the next RNS is honestly make of 0.02p break for Edenville. The next RNS, whatever it is about, needs to be word with facts not jam tomorrow.

Alistair has joined us at the best of times, and at the worst of times, great expectations fall upon him as it seems a tale of two people, Rufus (our mutual friend) or Alistair. More!! We cried of Rufus in hard times, the haunted man, but now as we move from an epoch of incredulity to an epoch of belief it is no longer a bleak house we frequent, but more an old curiosity shop of choice. Times of darkness now a time of light as Alistair, our mutual friend too, the signal man, the chimes of change, all of us singing from the same hymn sheet like a mighty Christmas Carol around a Christmas Tree and a Holly Tree, come all ye faithful, like a child's dream of star we can only dream this will rise to allow us to exit and pay for lunch with my friends Oliver Twist, Nicholas Nickleby, Barnaby Rudge, Martin Chuzzlewit and David Copperfield.

Well, the question is whether the placees take their profit or hold. If they start dumping I can see it dropping back to 0.04p. I'm not saying it will. But will see if dumping starts, but any big sells might not show up until later

Rufus may have got us to to a working mine, but at what cost.

No one can say he added shareholder value, I'm sorry but as someone just posted look at the price chart. He suggested customers years ago when they weren't even mining, when they did get customers he refused to name them, and couldn't get output up to fulfill orders. There was always another excuse as to why they needed more money and more time. In the end a bunch of us saw through the jam tomorrow RNSs, and called him out. At that point the end was nigh for Rufus. It was a matter of when not if. I will be watching his LinkedIn page to see where he turns up next, then I shall be posting to inform investors of his past achievements #consolidation #rinseandrepeat

I'm a realist, I've been here a long time and Rufus, in my opinion, was toxic for Edenville's shareholders. He had one job to do, add shareholder value through increasing the share price, did he achieve that?

Did Rufus get a load of shares at 0.02p for his trouble?

After the Rufus years I need to know Edenville are heading in the right direction before I top up. I need Alistair to prove what Rufus failed to do.

Once I'm happy with that then I'm happy to invest

As I've mentioned, we've had all the excuses why output hadn't increased. They've tweaked and tweaked until they surely can tweak no more? They have money, the have fully tweaked machines, it's the dry season, they have orders to fill. Surely now is the time for the Sun, Moon and the Earth to all align and Alistair to deliver 6,000 tonnes a month?? If they land the Rwandan power station contract then a feather in the cap for Alistair. I'm impressed that Alistair now names the companies the contracts are with or tendered for. It adds to the credibility of the RNS, rather than his predecessor keeping it secret

Lots to be positive about, and only a few negatives but one of those will go if the share price hold up over Wednesday and Thursday this coming week. Although if it drops now after all these years the ol' sausage might enter the market for a top up ;-)

They may hold, but if you were sat on 25% for doing sweet fa, wouldn't you get your initial investment back then let the rest run????

Yes, my worry too re placing shares. I hope 25% is enough profit for placees they get out on Wednesday then let us get on with moving north

Next Wednesday may bring some dumping with new shares being admitted, if we are to get better output figures in dry season and all the tweaking then it has to be the next RNS

"Brian McMaster has agreed to subscribe for 750,000,000 Placing Shares, representing a cash subscription of £300,000 as part of the Placing on the assumption that the Company will repay the £120,000 that he is owed pursuant to the terms of the November 2019 Loan on or before 25 February 2020."

So £125,000 in the next month, plus "US$50,637.38 per month" for Lind, February is going to be an expensive month!!!!! I hope they've sold some coal!!!!!!
