The provider of engineering solutions to the UK defence industry said revenue fell 37% to GBP4.1 million in the 12 months to the end of August 2025 from GBP6.4 million a year prior.

It swung to a pretax loss of GBP1.6 million from a GBP724,113 profit in the previous year.

Shares in RC Fornax fell 12% to 9.48 pence on Tuesday morning in London.

Administrative expenses almost tripled to GBP2.2 million in financial 2025 from GBP780,844.

The firm said its financial results were impacted by an industry hiatus caused by the publication of the UK government's strategic defence review in June 2025.

I have come to the conclusion Cavalier isn't the sharpest pencil in the box, how is me quoting the facts from the companies own report cherry picking, you on the other hand quote wish list designed to give the impression of facts, but are just to offer eye candy with wish list numbers that are not real, that may never be achieved, eye candy high % numbers that mean nothing because they aren't true, they had just as well said £50 a share, it's just a desperate hope so they can write a big percentage number to deflect from the dire results posted today. In fact all their updates are negative, profit warning, begging letters. BEWARE, THIS SHARE WILL LOSE YOU MONEY IMO......

Poor Cavalier, just once would it be good to explain why you actually bought this as your only investment, you could have made so much more money on just about every other defence type stock, but no, you keep digging the hole deeper. I have never once heard you explain in detail just what attracts you to this company, it has lost you money from the get go!!??

No Cavalier, the hard truth which you can't except, no matter what negative price drop happens it's always sunshine for you, it make's you look a complete fool, just look back at the endless list of comments you make, none ever are correct. People had plenty of time to buy at 6p when the company went on their nees with the begging bowl. Here we are again with a share that is in trouble, it won't be long before they are looking for another cash injection, mark my words. AVOID THIS SHARE IMO.
