There isn't much to buyout without M3 Helium on board, and that has been delayed since 2023

Honestly, at this rate it’s not just rolling into December. We’ll be lucky if it checks in before sometime next year. Maybe the year after. Helium stocks aren’t exactly the hot ticket they were during the hype cycle, and MDH isn’t doing much to convince the market otherwise.

In the meantime, the market’s already decided where the floor is… and let’s just say it’s not exactly cheering for liftoff.

I also feel there is more good news up his sleeve that he won't disclose until listed on AIM
