I started having my suspicions about Mercuria when they started obsessing in August over 1 missing share

And whilst you're at it, perhaps you can explain for the nth time to those continuously blathering about Bergen selling shares ,that these are held as COLLATERAL, ie only sellable upon a DEFAULT

If they were for the fee, then they would have been SOLD not COLLATERALISED ie mortgaged to secure the loan, in the same way as a house

Surely these are COLLATERAL ie MORGAGE over shares to secure the loan?

As such they would be ONLY sellable on a DEFAULT

Any half decent lawyers would have settled the documentation and any necessary enquiries in the 6 months following T1 in any case

I guess if one is around long enough one gets to see everything

This is the first time in my experience a deal has to be delayed for 3 months because lawyers discovered to their amazed surprise that they were persona non grata with an essential government department

This on top of waiting eons for the licence itself
