After more than 10 years here, I am asking myself what is stopping mark from getting a toll deal, he has lost more than 50 million, in the last year just because he could not make a toll deal with somebody, all that money wasted and time, just think where we would be now if we had down one. FCC was at the condor meeting [ ?] maybe to discuss concrete and water work, there will a lot of work for the mine construction and the waterways, things starting to move now [gla]
