RNS Monday 7:00. This volume yesterday can't be on whim. Watch over 1p run afternoon. Confident. MM hoovering cheap shares now.

Some of the shares can be acquired on special conditions like shares for employee. These shares are locked down for sale for some period of time. Basically subject who acquired shares can't sell them in next 6 months or so. This RNS just says that the trade 'lock down' for some me shares is lifted.

This is -however- how I understand this RNS.

Market didn't recognise last news yet but this situation will not be long.

Nothing new. They have big FOR SALE banner but nobody wants this by some reason. Same is Ironveld - fantastic resources and banner FOR SALE since 1.5 year and nobody as yet interested. I would rather hype hire when ACP announce acquisition talk.

Panic over. Founds by the end of January. Looks like Ironveld is on track to achieve the deal by the end of the year. I expected this. I will continue hold for 3p.

well, We have three options imo.
Option 1 - the directors jump the ship
Option 2 - non exec. directors made they job and leaving - the deal is achieved, documents are being produced and all is about to formal announce in days.
Option 3 - the deal talks continues for next months and company seeks the saves on directors salaries

I wouldn't worry about the stock price at the moment. Not sure why some people decided to sell with loss. Next will be suspension and sale assets for 3-4p any time soon.

Eventually something happen. Certainly deal before the end of the year is only one option. Director resignation may mean lots and indicates the deal is coming to the final. Next week imo.

Well, this may means lots. Certainly company is runnoing out of cash and is more willing to find agreement with any parties whoch is interested about the vanadium depoit. Company can potentially earn on commercial samples - this is low scale but can bring couple of tens of grands. Raise dunds are not possible at the moment - the share nominal value is 1p and can't be isses less than this price per share. Also placing is the cost so company need reach 1.3p or so to issue shares for 1p. From placing perspective we are safe here however BOD have to act quick to find a deal or increase somehow the stock price.

same here Robmac but remember that previous talks have been broken back in June. I hope they gained experince and IRON it is not PCGE style company where Chariman for 2 years informed about 'talks' and finally made an desperate deal.

It is still residual risk here we can't avoid. Personally I can't see why Glencore wouldn't take vanadium reserves. It may happen any day or by the end of the year. GLA.
